MSWJR 0-6-0 No.23 on an up passenger train composed of three 6-wheel coaches, near Stockbridge in the Test Valley, around 1900. The loco is in original condition, with square lower cabside panels, which were later removed. It has lost its right-hand front buffer, presumably as a result of rough shunting.
